Recurring cleaning is the Calgary standard clean repeated weekly, bi-weekly or every 4 weeks. The first visit is charged at the one-time rate; from the second, weekly is 20% off, bi-weekly 15% off and every 4 weeks 10% off.

The three tiers are the same checklist at three prices. Take a two-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, $195 as a one-time clean and for the first visit of any plan. From the second visit, weekly comes to $156 a visit (20% off), bi-weekly to $165.75 (15% off) and every 4 weeks to $175.50 (10% off), all before GST.

Every 4 weeks is what many people mean by monthly house cleaning, and it is how the booking system schedules the 10% tier: 13 visits across the year instead of 12, so the day moves through the month rather than repeating on the same date.
The two-bedroom figures are the apartment rate. A townhouse or a two-storey house adds a home-type charge to each visit, and a home with pets adds the pet charge, $19.99 a visit. Both are compulsory, and both show on the quote before the first visit is booked.

Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, on every visit.
Kitchen
Counters, sink and stovetop wiped, the outside of the fridge, oven and dishwasher and the cabinet fronts done, then the floor vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms
Toilet, tub and shower scrubbed, soap scum taken off tile and glass, mirror and vanity polished, floor washed.
Bedrooms and living areas
Reachable surfaces dusted, carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors mopped, room by room through the home.

What your first visit and later visits cost
Each card is the apartment or condo rate for the bedroom and bathroom count shown, rounded to the nearest dollar and before GST. The booking quote uses the exact price including cents. It is for a home in the condition you describe. If a home needs much more work than described, we contact you as soon as we know, and again about halfway with an estimate of the time and cost; you decide whether to continue, add some time, or switch to a priority list at your booked price.

Prices are for an apartment or condo, in Canadian dollars before 5% GST. A bungalow or basement suite adds $15, a townhouse $40 and a two-storey house $55, and a home with pets adds the compulsory pet charge on every visit. An address outside Calgary city limits adds a travel fee, and the quote shows every one of these charges before you book.
The table is the one-time rate, which is what the first visit costs. Every visit after it is 20% off weekly, 15% off bi-weekly or 10% off every 4 weeks.

Frequently asked questions
Review the frequency as your household changes
Review the interval after the first few visits. If kitchen and bathroom work is regularly falling behind between appointments, a shorter interval may help. If you keep up comfortably, a less frequent visit may be enough.
Your first schedule is not a permanent commitment. Tell the Calgary office what you want help with and what you will keep up yourself.

Recurring cleaning coverage around Calgary

Regular cleaning for seniors in Calgary
A plan for an older parent works the same way as any other: pick a visit every week, every two weeks or every four weeks, and the discount of 10% to 20% starts at the second visit. The Calgary office sends your regular team where it can.
Someone else in the family can book the plan and pay for it with their own card. The card is charged after each clean rather than at booking, and nothing ties you to a contract. Nobody needs to tidy up first, and the beds get fresh bedding if you ask and leave the linens out.

Changing or rescheduling your visits
Move, skip or cancel a visit with 24 hours' notice. Inside that window the cancellation fee is $50. If we move a booking and the new date does not suit you, cancelling that booking carries no fee.
