Booking a one-time maid visit: scope and price
If you are looking for a maid service or housekeeping help in Calgary, our standard checklist can be booked once or repeatedly. The team brings supplies and cleans the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and floors. This is a flat-rate cleaning visit, not live-in help; laundry and dishes are excluded.
The price is fixed before the team arrives: $155 for a one-bedroom apartment and $232 for three bedrooms, before GST. A townhouse or a two-storey house adds a home-type charge that the quote shows before you commit, and add-ons such as the inside of the oven are priced per item. Pets add $19.99 to each visit, also on the quote.
Decluttering and organising cupboards are what people sometimes expect of the word maid. They are an hourly add-on outside the visit, and we would rather say so here than at the door. A maid on a schedule is recurring cleaning: 20% off weekly, 15% off bi-weekly, 10% off every 4 weeks, from the second visit.

It is for a home in the condition you describe. If a home needs much more work than described, we contact you as soon as we know, and again about halfway with an estimate of the time and cost; you decide whether to continue, add some time, or switch to a priority list at your booked price.

What a standard visit covers in an apartment or condo
Apartments and condos in the Beltline, Mission, Eau Claire and the downtown towers use the apartment rate with no home-type charge, $155 for one bedroom and $195 for two.
Two things are different in a tower. Access: the team has to get past the lobby, so leave a fob with the concierge or meet them at the door, and tell us the visitor-parking arrangement when you book. Scope: the balcony is a sweep-only add-on at $29.99, and anything beyond the reach of a two-step stool, including high glass, stays off the list.
Standard cleaning coverage and service limits in Calgary
Inside Calgary city limits there is no travel fee. Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere are outside them, and a visit there carries a $29.99 travel fee that shows on the quote before you book.
