Standard House Cleaning
Our standard cleaning service includes:
- Dusting all surface areas, including ceiling fans, ledges, and window sills (excluding baseboards, doors, light switches, wall outlets, and outside vent covers)
- Thorough cleaning of countertops, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors
- Cleaning the outside of appliances and cabinets
- Vacuuming carpets
If you need a deep cleaning, this includes additional tasks such as cleaning baseboards, doors, light switches, wall outlets, and outside vent covers.
We operate Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our cleaning arrival windows are:
9:00 – 10:00 AM
12:00 – 1:00 PM
3:00 – 4:00 PM
You’re welcome to be present during the cleaning, but it’s not necessary. Many of our clients prefer to be out of the house while our team works, which allows us to clean without interruptions. However, if you prefer to stay home or have specific instructions, we’re happy to accommodate that. Just let us know your preference when scheduling. Our team is respectful of your space and will work efficiently to complete the job while ensuring minimal disruption to your routine. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, so we’ll do our best to meet your needs and preferences.

Scheduling your cleaning service with Duty Cleaners is straightforward and hassle-free. You can easily book an appointment by calling our office, where our friendly staff will assist you in finding a convenient time. Move-In Move Out Cleaning

- Cleaning inside and outside of the appliances and inside and outside of the cabinets
Vacuuming carpets - Behind the oven and behind the fridge (please pull them out before the cleaners come in)

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. To accommodate this, we ask for at least two days’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you need to reschedule within this time frame, please reach out as soon as possible. We strive to be flexible and will do our best to find a new time that works for you while ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
Office Cleaning
Our office cleaning services are charged per hour at a rate of $60 per cleaner. We have a minimum requirement of:
1 cleaner for at least 3 hours, or
2 cleaners for at least 2 hours.
We primarily serve Edmonton and Calgary, but we also cater to neighboring cities. Contact us to check if we cover your area!

Post Construction Cleaning
We provide a final clean after construction, removing dust, smudges, and other impurities to ensure your home is move-in ready. Our top-to-bottom cleaning covers all surfaces for a flawless finish.
Our post-construction cleaning focuses on the final clean before move-in. We do not handle:
Leftover materials or debris removal
Paint, adhesive, or grout removal
Anything beyond the reach of a two-step stool
Fragile or delicate fixtures like chandeliers
