Our Story
Letting someone into your home is the part people hesitate over, so here is how it works. You see the price before you book. The cleaner who arrives has been reference-checked, and you rate them afterwards — those ratings decide who we keep sending.
Duty Cleaners has handled 5,000+ Alberta bookings since 2017. Today, the company serves customers from three offices: Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer. The newest branch has its own page for house cleaning in Red Deer, including its local phone, address, hours and service details.

Three offices, one company
Each office has its own address, phone number and Google listing, and all three charge the same prices and give the same guarantee.

Duty Cleaners has cleaned homes in Alberta since 2017. Today, we serve customers from offices in Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer.
Edmonton office
The Edmonton office is at 18615 71 Ave NW and answers on (780) 913-6565. It covers 80 Edmonton neighbourhoods and 9 communities outside the city, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Spruce Grove.
Calgary office
The Calgary office is at 2835 37 Street SW #24 and answers on (403) 768-1341. It covers 66 Calgary neighbourhoods and 9 communities outside the city, including Airdrie, Cochrane and Okotoks.
Red Deer office
The Red Deer office is at 5212 48 St and answers on (587) 570-6979. It covers Red Deer, with no travel fee inside the city, and its Google listing is new.

We check cleaner references before their first job, and invite customers to rate each clean.
No need to tidy first
You do not need to clean before the team comes: clear counters and floors get cleaned, cluttered ones get worked around, and decluttering or organising is a separate hourly add-on. Describe the home as it is on the booking form and the team arrives briefed. The jobs we do not take on are biohazards and infestations: bodily fluids, animal waste, mould remediation, pests and rodents.
Priced from what you tell us
The price is set by home size, worked out from what you enter on the booking form, for a home in the condition you describe. Some things only show themselves once we start: heavy build-up, clutter, far more glass or cabinetry than the form described. When that happens, we contact you as soon as we know, and again about halfway with an estimate of the time and cost; you decide whether to continue, add some time, or switch to a priority list at your booked price.
24-hour re-clean guarantee
Tell us within 24 hours if anything was missed and the team comes back to re-clean it at no charge. Photos help but are not required, and the commitment is the return visit rather than a refund.
What Makes Us Different
A Set Price by Home Size
The price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and home type before you book, for a home in the condition you describe. Prices are before 5% GST, and a pet charge or a travel fee outside city limits shows on the quote where it applies.
Reference-Checked & Customer Feedback
We check cleaner references before their first job, and invite customers to rate each clean.
You Do Not Have to Be Home
Most customers leave a key, a lockbox code or smart-lock access, and the team locks up when it leaves. If you would rather be there, that works too.
All Cleaning Supplies & Equipment Provided
The team brings all supplies and equipment, so you provide nothing. Eco-friendly products cost $15 extra, before GST: ask for them when you book, and the team uses eco-friendly products instead of its usual ones.

Choose the service, bedrooms, bathrooms and home type, and the booking form shows the price. Nothing is charged at booking, and the card is charged once the clean is complete.
24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. Photos help but are not required.
How we work
Each visit is booked into an arrival window: 9:00 to 10:00 AM, 12:00 to 1:00 PM, or 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Changing or cancelling a booking needs 24 hours' notice, and inside that the fee is $50. The Edmonton and Calgary offices are open Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; the Red Deer office is open Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and not on Sunday.
Some things are outside every service: outdoor work and exterior windows, anything beyond a two-step stool, lifting anything over 25 lb, carpet steam cleaning, and laundry and dishes.
