First, you do not need to be at home when our cleaning team arrives, only that we have access to your residence so the cleaning can be performed. We will even lock up after we leave, so you can get about your business.

Our visit vary in the time they take based on many different details. However, a single bedroom and bathroom apartment takes up to three hours to properly clean while a four bedroom may take up to seven hours.

Since moving out requires additional cleaning above and beyond our standard rates, it will cost an additional $79.99 or $149.99 depending on how big the home is.
